Open enrollment is the time of year where you can make changes to your benefits elections. These elections are in reference to insurance; you can still make 401(k) changes at any time.
Your previously made elections (either coverage previously elected for, or declination of coverage) will be carried forward. No other elections can be made outside of open enrollment unless you undergo a qualifying event (Please read the section on Qualifying Events).

Yes. Dependent enrollment is handled in Paycom. You'll need the full name, date of birth, and Social Security Number for each dependent.
Marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of other coverage, or a dependent aging off your plan. Contact HR within 30 days of the event.
